Pretzel Party Mix recipe
Throw away the bagged chips and snack mixes. For your next party, you’ll dazzle your guests with a fantastic homemade party mix.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 large egg whites
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
5 cups popped unsalted popcorn
3 cups mini unsalted pretzels
2 cups unsalted mixed nuts
Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 325°F. Coat 2 large baking sheets with aluminum foil; lightly grease.
2) Whisk together butter, egg whites, Worcestershire, sugar, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt in a very large bowl. Add remaining ingredients; toss gently to coat completely.
3) Transfer mixture to prepared baking sheets. Bake until golden and crisp, about 20 minutes, tossing halfway. Cool and serve.
